Outcome Health is very pleased to announce the newest member of the ever-growing POLAR family – Western Victoria Primary Health Network (WVPHN).

With support from Outcome Health, WVPHN conducted a free trial of POLAR across 12 practices. After successfully passing the comprehensive evaluation process, WVPHN made the decision to transition to POLAR. Their goal was to better enable clinics to develop their digital health tools and knowledge.

WVPHN also stated that POLAR’s innovative platform will “help clinicians provide enhanced support to patients” and “enable better business planning within the practice”. POLAR will also assist practices to meet data submission requirements for Practice Incentive Payment – Quality Improvement (PIP QI) accreditation.

How WVPHN GPs Can Get POLAR Licenses for Free
