The Outcome Health Board would like to announce the appointment of Dr Shainal Nathoo as our new Chief Executive Officer, effective February 13th, 2023.
As a highly experienced Medical Doctor, both in Australia and South Africa, Dr Nathoo succeeds Adam McLeod who has recently decided to step down after 7 years as CEO. We would like to thank Adam for his leadership, vision and passion which led Outcome Health to achieve extraordinary milestones.
For the last 5 years, Shainal has worked as Clinical Advisor, embedded in digital health at Dedalus / DXC as the Principal Clinical Advisor. Along with a wide range of contacts, Shainal will bring to Outcome Health extensive experience in management and non-executive board director positions across the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Shainal has completed an Associate Fellowship in Medical Administration, a Bachelor of Medicine, and Bachelor of Surgery. In addition to being an adjunct lecturer for Monash University he holds a Leadership in Medicine qualification from Harvard University.
Outcome Health is delighted to have Shainal joining our team. With a unique blend of clinical, consulting and technology experience, we believe Shainal will continue with the positive culture of our organisation.
