Andrew has been working in digital health at the executive level of private sector, State, and Federal agencies for the last 20 years. Andrew is passionate about delivering better healthcare outcomes through digitally enabled service models. Currently, Andrew works for Salesforce in the Public Health Sector team.

Angus has a long track record in strategic management and business planning, with a main focus on healthcare and medical technologies.
Maria Bubnic
Board Member
Maria has been working in senior roles across state and federal agencies for the last 20 years, and brings extensive experience in health system governance, policy and commissioning.
Sarah Lattimer
Board Member
Sarah is an admitted legal practitioner with a strong background in corporate governance. With senior executive experience as a General Counsel and Company Secretary, as well as expertise in corporate insolvency, Sarah combines a pragmatic business approach with a solid legal foundation.
Jason Aquilina
Treasurer
Jason Aquilina works as a Chief Financial Officer for a major Victorian Health organisation in Cabrini Health and is responsible for the full finance function and enterprise risk.
Joey Calandra
Board Member
Joey has a diverse and extensive 24-year healthcare background that includes experience in innovation consulting, executive and board roles within various healthcare organizations, as well as hands-on frontline work as a pharmacist.
Assoc Prof Chris Pearce
Board Member
Associate Professor Christopher Pearce is a practising clinician in general practice, emergency medicine and anaesthetics. He is also a health informatician, with an international standing in the fields of data, workflow and usability.
Dr Daryl Kroschel
Board Member
Daryl has over two decades of clinical experience in health across General Practice, Emergency, Urgent Care and Hospital in the Home (HITH) in Australia and the UK. He is currently the Deputy Chief Medical Officer (Workforce) at Epworth and continues to work part time as a GP. He is completing a Masters in Health Administration and holds Associate Fellowships with the Royal Australian College Medical Administrators and the Australasian College of Health Services Management.
